Dušan Drbohlav is one of the authors of the chapter called Global Change and Human Mobility in the Anthropocene which was published in a volume entitled Research Directions, Challenges and Achievements of Modern Geography (editors Jerzy Bański and Michael Meadows). The chapter focuses on the new era of this century where the mobility is one of the key paradigms of social sciences. The authors point out new and crucial global challenges that impact the mobility and its character. This is illustrated on selected types of mobility, such is mobility between developed and less developed countries, migration and development, youth mobility and tourism.
